Our approach

From a stuck number to a system that compounds

Five stages, run in order, whatever you hired us for. Each one hands the next something to work with.

01 / DISCOVERY

Find the problem before building the solution.

We first identify what is holding your business back and what needs to improve. If your requested solution won't solve the problem, we'll tell you and recommend a better approach.

OutcomeClarity on the real problem, the opportunities around it, and where to focus first.

ANALYZING
01 / 05
  • Marketing & creativeATTENTION
Whether attention is the problem, or what happens after it
  • Search & paidVISIBILITY
Which demand you are absent from, and what showing up costs
  • Websites & productCONVERSION
Where the funnel leaks between landing and enquiry
  • Software & automationEFFICIENCY
Which manual step is capping how much work can move
Assembling
02 / BASELINE

Establish the baseline first.

Before we build anything, we record where things stand — analytics, website performance, ads, server data, and customer feedback. Without a baseline, we can't prove what changed.

OutcomeA written before — the numbers every later claim gets measured against.

MEASURING
02 / 05
  • Marketing & creativeCADENCE
Channel mix, publishing cadence, what actually performed
  • Search & paidCOVERAGE
Crawl, index and schema health; account structure and attribution
  • Websites & productVITALS
Core Web Vitals in the field, drop-off measured step by step
  • Software & automationTHROUGHPUT
Systems map, data flows, hours lost to re-keying the same record
Assembling
03 / MODELLING

Know what the opportunity is worth before choosing the work.

We measure the value and cost of each fix. That makes it clear what to do first and why.

OutcomeA ranked list of work, each item carrying what it is worth and what it costs.

MODELLING
03 / 05
  • Marketing & creativeREACH
Reach and conversion assumptions, tested cheaply before they scale
  • Search & paidVALUE
Traffic value by keyword cluster, and a CAC ceiling per channel
  • Websites & productLIFT
Conversion lift modelled against the volume you already have
  • Software & automationHOURS
Hours returned, errors removed, cost per transaction
Assembling
04 / DELIVERY

Ship a system, not a campaign.

Design, code, content and campaigns come out of one plan and land in two-week cycles, on a staging URL you can watch from the first day. Whatever we build, you own outright.

OutcomeA working system your team owns, shipped in cycles you can watch.

BUILDING
04 / 05
  • Marketing & creativeSYSTEMS
Content and creative systems your team can extend without us
  • Search & paidCHANNELS
Technical fixes, topic clusters, campaigns and the pages they land on
  • Websites & productPLATFORM
Next.js front end and a CMS your team runs on its own
  • Software & automationSERVICES
Node.js services, integrations and workflows, documented and tested
One system
05 / COMPOUNDING

Run it, measure it, re-invest in what works.

Launch is where measurement starts. Experiments run against a single metric on a fortnightly cycle, reported on the dashboard your leadership already reads — including the experiments that failed.

OutcomeA repeatable growth loop that keeps returning more than it costs.

SCALING
05 / 05
  • Marketing & creativeTESTING
Creative tested weekly rather than reviewed quarterly
  • Search & paidBUDGET
Publishing cadence and budget follow the data, not the calendar
  • Websites & productEXPERIMENTS
Tests run against the one metric the quarter is judged on
  • Software & automationAUTOMATION
Automation extended each time manual work creeps back in
Ready to scale

Every discipline below is run through those same five stages — which is why they report against one number rather than five.

Services we offer

Systems you can buy, not hours you rent

Case studies with the numbers attached

Every project below lists what changed and by how much. Where a number is missing, it is because the client asked us not to publish it — not because it did not move.

How we work

A six-step run from audit to compounding

Plotted, fittingly, on an n·log n curve. The early weeks cost the most effort and return the least — which is exactly why most agencies skip them.

  1. 01Week 1

    Discover

We audit what you have, interview the people who talk to your customers, and pull the numbers. You get a written diagnosis before anyone opens a design file.

  2. 02Week 2

    Strategy

We agree on one metric that matters and the shortest route to moving it. Scope, sequence, and success criteria are signed off together — no surprises in week six.

  3. 03Weeks 3-4

    Design

Wireframes first, then a design system built from real content. Every screen is reviewed against the metric it is meant to move, not against taste.

  4. 04Weeks 5-7

    Build

Next.js on the front, Node.js behind it. You watch it come together on a staging URL from day one, with weekly demos and a live changelog.

  5. 05Week 8

    Launch

Redirects mapped, schema validated, analytics firing, Core Web Vitals green. We stay on the call through the DNS switch and the first traffic.

  6. 06Ongoing

    Grow

Launch is the start of the measurement. We run experiments in two-week cycles and report on the same dashboard your leadership already reads.

Why teams stay

We build websites for a living. Ours has to prove it.

This page loads in under a second, scores green on Core Web Vitals, and every claim on it is one we would show you the dashboard for. That is the standard we hand to clients.

  • Show the numbers

Every engagement opens with a baseline and closes with a comparison. If the work did not move the metric, we say so first.

  • Own what you paid for

Code, accounts, domains, design files. All of it is yours from day one, in your repositories and your billing.

  • Speed is a feature

A site that loads in under a second outranks and outsells one that does not. We treat performance as scope, not polish.

  • Say the hard thing early

If a request will not work, you hear it in week one — with an alternative — rather than in the retrospective.

  • One working dayMedian first reply to a new enquiry
  • Fixed-price scopeSigned before a line of code is written
  • You own everythingRepos, accounts and design files, from day one
  • Same team throughoutThe people who pitch are the people who build

In their words

The part we cannot write ourselves

  • We stopped renting our customers from delivery apps. That single change funded two new branches, and nlogn built the thing that made it possible.
    ASAnjana ShresthaFounder, Himalayan Café
  • The same traffic, three times the students. Nothing else about our marketing changed — only what happened after someone landed on the page.
    RKRabin KarkiCo-founder, EduBridge
  • They told us in week one that half our brief was a bad idea, showed the data, and proposed something better. That is why we are still working with them.
    STSujata ThapaHead of Growth, GreenPath
  • Our search went from eleven seconds to just over one. Agents noticed before we announced it.
    BABikash AdhikariCTO, Urban Space
  • Forty makers, one storefront, and none of us needed a developer to add a product. That was the whole point.

Questions

Answered before
you have to ask

Pricing, timelines, ownership and what happens if it does not work. If yours is not here, ask it directly.

Ask us anything

What does a project cost?

Marketing sites start at $4,500 and most land between $6,000 and $15,000 depending on page count and integrations. Custom software starts at $6,000. Retainers begin at $1,200 a month. Every proposal is fixed-scope and fixed-price, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

How long does a website take?

Five to eight weeks for a marketing site, nine to twelve for a platform or storefront. The single biggest variable is content — projects where copy and photography are ready ship two weeks faster on average.

Do you work with businesses outside Nepal?

Around half our clients are overseas, mostly in Australia, the UK, and the Gulf. We keep a four-hour overlap with your working day and run every project asynchronously in writing, so timezone is a scheduling detail rather than a risk.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, without exception. Repositories sit in your organisation, hosting and ad accounts are billed to you, and design files are licensed to you outright. There is no lock-in and nothing to buy back if you leave.

Will the new site hurt our existing rankings?

Not if the migration is done properly. We crawl the current site, map every URL to its replacement, ship 301 redirects, and monitor Search Console daily for the first month. Most of our migrations gain organic traffic within six weeks.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of support are included with every build — bugs, tweaks, and questions. After that you can take a growth retainer, buy support hours as needed, or run it yourself with the documentation we hand over. All three are genuinely fine.

Why is the company called nlogn?

It is the complexity of an efficient sort — O(n log n). Add more input and the cost grows, but far slower than the output. That is the shape of growth we build for: compounding, not linear.

Let's find your next 240%.

Tell us the number you need to move. We will come back within one working day with an honest read on whether we can move it — and what it would take.

  • A written diagnosis before any proposal
  • Fixed scope, fixed price, no change-order games
  • You own the code, accounts and design files
